Definitely Matt. Eventually Robin. Nicky gives Neil crap for being besties with someone outside of Andrew’s “family”, but Neil’s gotten pretty good at tuning Nicky out when he wants to. Nicky’s mostly exaggerating the jealousy.
((His least favorite is obviously Aaron, ha.))
