What the Factions care about.
Templar: One upping the Lumies.
Illuminati: Money/power and gaining more of it. (Seriously, the amount of time that Lumies control Fusang is overboard.)
Dragon: Understanding Chaos and the Underlying order of it. Watching the mess caused by the Blues and Reds bickering.
Phoenicians: Money.
Orochi: To “better” the world.
Venetians: Make sure the other factions don’t inadvertently destroy the world or cause the muggles to panic because magic is real.

By the way, my sister hasn’t read the Fox books yet. She knows the kind of person I am and knows this is basically a setup. After seeing how you guys are reacting she’s convinced now more than ever that reading them will be a mistake.
I tried winning her over by pointing out that this series has the closest thing to a happy ending I’ll ever write. She remained skeptical.
Her: oh yeah? how many characters die?
Me: uhhh are we talking main characters or-
Her: BYE
Trololol
My work here is done.
I’m a sucker for ships that could kill each other, but would die for each other.
At some point you’d think I’d feel guilty for how misleading the summaries are for the Fox books.
Today is not that day.
Tomorrow probably won’t be it, either.
Skeleton Coffee Table by Skelemental
This is Full Throttle, a rather unusual skeleton coffee table, and Skelemental’s first piece of furniture. Full size skeleton busts, one being strangled by the other. Bronze skeletons on a brushed steel base. Limited edition of just three sculptures. via:skullappreciationsociety

Has Abby seen Andrew’s scars?
I remember combining this question with another question, because I thought the two worked well together, but really, this answer feels like a walking trigger. (technically all three books needed a trigger warning but it’s a little late for that). Second question & the full answer will be below the cut.
on tying people up
I think the question was “I’m thinking about writing something about them, so was tying him up a common occurrence?”
Luckily this is the one question of the night I wrote in Notepad instead of in Tumblr, because it got so long that I wanted more room to work on it.
