Illuminati: Money/power and gaining more of it. (Seriously, the amount of time that Lumies control Fusang is overboard.)
Dragon: Understanding Chaos and the Underlying order of it. Watching the mess caused by the Blues and Reds bickering.
Phoenicians: Money.
Orochi: To “better” the world.
Venetians: Make sure the other factions don’t inadvertently destroy the world or cause the muggles to panic because magic is real.
