What was it like the first time Neil saw Andrew genuinely smile? How about laugh?? Was anyone else around or was it just for Neil?

I’m honestly trying to figure out when Andrew would smile or laugh without any sort of malice in it. ((his medicated glee doesn’t count, as that good humor was all induced)) It feels so…… out of character? For the most part Andrew’s emotions are a flat line—it’s just how he is, for better or worse, consequence of his upbringing & his mental state. But if it ever happened it’d have to be with Neil only; there’s no way Andrew would relax that much in front of anyone else.
