how does Neil feel to this day about what Andrew said to him at his home? For partially blaming him for the tragedy

Neil blamed himself for the tragedy, so Andrew’s words hurt only because they confirmed Neil’s guilt ((in Neil’s eyes, at least)). It’s not the first time one of them said something vicious to each other and it certainly won’t be the last; they’re very good at addressing painful issues with each other.
