Hi Nora I hope you're having a wonderful Monday. I wanted to pick your brain about the difference between Andrew saying he "wants nothing" versus not wanting anything. Was there a difference to you in writing it?

A

Hello! My Monday is actually going all right, how is yours?!

The first time Neil tells Andrew the partial truth about himself, in Wymack’s apartment in Foxhole Court, he says “I’m nothing. I’ll always have and be nothing.“

Andrew’s change from “anything” to “nothing” is partially to reflect his changing attraction to Neil & partly for semantics, so Neil can use Andrew’s words against him.
